Tom Porrecca offers clients the benefit of 40+ years of real estate experience. After receiving a degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University Tom embarked on a career in real estate. He sold homes
in Montgomery County for several years before going to Center City Philadelphia to lease office space in hi-rise office buildings. In 1979 Tom accepted a position with Exxon Corporation. While at Exxon he traveled
throughout the United States negotiating real estate deals for the company. Tom later performed the same function for Datapoint Corporation, a fortune 50 computer company in the 1980’s. In 1985 Tom became the
Corporate Real Estate Manager for Dictaphone/Pitney-Bowes Corporation, where he spent the next 13 years. Before launching his own real estate business in November of 2001, Tom was the Real Estate Director for RCN
Corporation and an Associate Broker for Weichert Realtors. In the latter part of the last decade Tom rounded out his business credentials with a 2-year tenure as a Financial Advisor with the world’s premier
investment firm, Merrill Lynch. Tom also earned an MBA from Penn State University in 1997.
